St Wilfrid’s Summer Fayre is on Saturday 5th July 2025, 12:00 – 15:30.
The PTA would greatly appreciate support in advance of the fayre so that we can make it a fabulous event and raise lots of funds which will be used to benefit the children of our school.
Please can year groups kindly bring an item or two from the list below.
Reception & Year 1 A box of chocolates or a bar of chocolate for the Chocolate Tombola. Please ensure that they are in date beyond the school fayre.
Year 2, 3 & 6 A bottle of any drink/liquid for the Bottle Tombola and Water to wine game. Please ensure that they are in date beyond the school fayre.
Year 4 & Year 5 Jolly jam jars – fill a jam jar with fun things such as coloured pencils, rubbers, hair bands, crayons, small toy etc. These are always very popular with the children.
Whole school
- Teddy bears - (for the Teddy tombola – any teddy/cuddly toy (no batteries please), clean and in good condition.)
- School uniform – clean and in good condition uniform can be dropped off in the black bin at the school gate anytime after half term. If the bin is full, please let the office or PTA know so that donations do not get ruined. We are especially short of logoed clothing in bigger sizes.
- Plants: Do you have spare plants that you are willing to donate for sale on the plant stall?
- Yummy treats: To ensure the tea stall is extremely yummy we need scones/cakes/tray bakes. Please, NO NUTS and with a full list of ingredients.
- Raffle prizes: Do you work for a company that could provide a raffle prize (hamper/voucher/experience?), if so please get in touch with the PTA.
Please bring your donations of chocolate, bottles, teddies and jolly jam jars to school on Monday 30th June. To celebrate all the kind donations the children are invited to wear clothes of their own choice that day.
Please bring any plants or donations for the tea stall on Friday 4th July or on the morning of the fayre.
We are still in need of lots more helpers to run stalls and games. Are you able to help during the fayre – even if it’s just for an hour? If so, please join the volunteer group,
