‘Tens of millions of students of all ages and backgrounds have tried an Hour of Code, a one-hour introduction designed to demystify computer science and show that anybody can learn the basics’ is what the week is all about.
In school our Computing Scheme of Work already teaches our children to program and code with the computer and away from the computer (unplugged). However, next week, we will be taking part in The Hour of Code activities suggested for The Hour of Code Week. Take a look at the following websites for more information; why don’t you have a go at programming for the first time!
