Children are encouraged to read each day at home. Remember it doesn’t have to be a school reading book, any book which can be enjoyed and discussed is just as important.
We will continue to send home High Frequency words to spell on the ‘Look, Cover, Write, Check’ sheets. Even when the sheets come back to school please try to encourage your child to spell these words correctly in their free writing at home.
Mathematics homework will be sent home, the activities are related to the work covered in the class that week. The activities are fun and we hope you will enjoy them and children will be able to explain what they have been learning about at school.
