This week is Parents’ Week and the theme is Make ONE Change. British families face all sorts of pressures, from financial anxieties to lack of time spent with their children. There are many things that could change to ease pressure on family life in Britain, but sometimes making a small change can make a big difference.
That’s why for Parents’ Week 2013, the Family and Childcare Trust has chosen the theme Make ONE Change.
What simple thing could your family do? … Switch off gadgets for 15 minutes? Share a meal? Play a game with one of your children?
