Dear Parents
So far this week – we have gone to Magna – exhausting but very educational, had a talk about being an Optician from Mrs Sanchez, made an LED torch – courtesy of the Institute of Engineering Technology ( thanks for the contact Mrs Stockwell). Still to come a talk and activity linked to Solar Energy from Felix’s Dad, and a talk from Mr Spray about his role in running drug trials for cancer drugs. We are focussing on the work of Thomas Edison for our Science Newspaper reports.
On May 20th, we are going to the Botanical Gardens as part of our learning on Helping Plants Grow Well and as well as activities in the Botanical Garden, we’ll have a talk from the curator. Sincere thanks to all parents who came to Magna and those giving up their time to come and talk to us, it is really appreciated.
