Tag Rugby Champions!

On Tuesday 6th May, two teams of 12 [boys and girls] from Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 competed with 14 other schools for the Mosborough Tag Rugby Cup [current holders for the past two years]. One of our teams finished top of their group and the other came third, with lots of quality passing and tackling from both teams. The first team battled
through the quarter and semi finals to the final. In a close game St Wilfrid’s came out winners 3 times to 2.  We now travel to Pontefract for the Yorkshire Tag Rugby Finals on Friday 13th June. Well done to both teams and many thanks to all parents who helped on the day.
