The children had a great time planting trees on the field on Friday afternoon. They were much larger trees than we expected! I hope the children told you all about it. They learnt lots about how the trees would grow , unfortunately it seems the information that seems to have stuck is that ‘horse poo ‘ was used to fertilise the ground before planting ! All in all a great deal of fun was had. A big thank you to Ben’s Mum for helping with this activity. I will try my best to post some photographs of the children once I have worked out how to do it.
