Dear Parents
Some children have been working on place value beyond 1000 and to secure this have been sent home with a place value booklet to complete for Maths. Some children have been set work to reinforce their place value partitioning skills, and the rest of the class have been set a problem linked to their knowledge of factors and multiples. In addition, your child will come home with a spelling log of commonly misspelled words to focus on as well as words endings in “tion” and “cion” please practice with them. Finally can you think of two questions to ask Benjamin Zepaniah for our poetry party event on Tuesday 9th October at the Lyceum?
