Y2 Homework 7 11 13

This week’s Maths homework is a talking task rather than a written task. I have asked the children to try looking at the clock and to tell the time as often as they can over the next week. This can be on an analogue or digital clock. When I asked them to record the times they do regular things at home, some of the boys and girls weren’t sure of the time they get up, eat tea or go to bed, so I’ve also asked them to notice what time it is when these things happen. Some children were also interested in the 24hr clock so it would be worth looking for examples of this too and talking about it. Thank – you.
